Vouch is the software platform that training centers use to run their programs. This page explains Vouch's role in handling personal data. Each training center that uses Vouch controls its own learners' and applicants' records and publishes its own privacy policy — look for that on the center's site and in your learner portal.
Vouch is a processor, not the keeper of your records
Each training center (school) using Vouch is the data controller for its learners, applicants, and staff — it decides what to collect and why, and it is the keeper of record.
Vouch is the processor: we store and process that data solely to provide the platform, on the center's behalf and under its instructions. We do not sell it or use it for our own purposes.
What flows through the platform
Depending on how a center uses Vouch: account profile (name, email, phone), applications, enrollments, uploaded documents, attendance and grades, certificates, and messages.
This data is partitioned per center. Another center on Vouch cannot see your records, and access by Vouch's own staff is limited and recorded.
If you are a learner or applicant
Your center controls your records. To view, correct, download, or delete your information, use your learner portal (Account → Your data & privacy) or contact your center — they are responsible for acting on your request.
