Terms of Service

Draft framework. This describes how Vouch handles data as a software platform; the final binding legal text is to be completed with counsel before public launch.

These terms govern use of the Vouch platform by training centers and the people they invite. Vouch provides software; the training centers deliver the education and control their own data.

Who this is for

Vouch is provided to training centers, schools, and organizations that run programs, and to the applicants, learners, and staff they invite onto the platform.

Vouch's role

Vouch is a software provider. Each center controls its own educational data and is responsible for its content, its admissions decisions, its certificates, and its compliance obligations.

Vouch processes data on the center's behalf as described in the Privacy page and the Data Processing Addendum.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to access another center's data, no disruption of the service. [Full acceptable-use terms to be completed with counsel.]

Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an ongoing basis; features may change. [Service levels, liability, warranty, and termination terms to be completed with counsel.]
